You Can Not Escape Your Destiny.

Uncomfortable Truth:

It is your destiny, and the destiny of every living thing on earth, to become food for something else.

Eventually you will die. It may be that you are one of the rare few who gets eaten by a bear, lion, or other predator that doesn’t normally prey on humans. Yet, most of you will not die from an ambushing predator. This does not mean you won’t get eaten. There are plenty of bacteria living inside you in a healthy happy symbiosis, but when you die, the relationship changes. You become their food. Embalming and air tight coffins won’t save you from being devoured. Even if you could completely rid yourself of those bacteria, the coffin will eventually deteriorate and your remains will seed the earth and provide nutrition for plants, fungi, and bacteria. If your body burns, the ashes, regardless of where they’re spread, still carry chemical building blocks that are scavenged by life. Also the carbon dioxide emissions are fixed by photosynthetic life and converted into sugars. If your remains are encased in amber and ejected into interstellar space, eventually (yes it may take a very long time) your atoms will be recycled by the astronomical processes of the universe and end up being absorbed by life on another planet. You can not escape your destiny.
